I’ve been working with Catherine for a couple of weeks, and she has really helped me hone in on what works for me where I’m at and has helped me better my eating habits in sensible, smart steps. I had gone through a long period of not really caring what I put in my body or the long term effects of poor health choices. However, Catherine has helped me feel empowered and recognize I matter and, in turn, so does what goes into my body. I’m glad I found a nutritionist who focuses on feeling better mentally, especially since I thought this process would just be about numbers and weight loss initially. So happy! 🙂
